Refunds: Sorry, tickets are non-refundable.
Ticket Exchanges: Pending availability, tickets can be exchanged for a different performance of the same production within 24 hours of the original date and time. A $2.00 per ticket exchange fee is required for all non-subscribers. All tickets must be returned to the Box Office prior to 24 hours before the show.
Late Seating: Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the management, and may be placed in periphery seating.
Cameras and Recorders: No cameras or recorders, without the permission from the management. Children: Children are expected to behave in such a way that they will not disturb patrons. Guardians of disruptive children or babies will be asked to remove them for comfort of others.
Special Seating & Accommodations: Pantagleize offers special seating arrangements to our patrons with disabilities. Please inform the box office of any special needs when placing your order.
